Arie Verveen was born and raised in Ireland, his mother Irish, his father Dutch. He stars in DEAD BONES '08 for Swiss director Olivier Beguin, BOILER MAKER'08 with John Savage and ACROSS THE HALL '08 with Brittany Murphy. Verveen’s accomplished list of movies and directors he has collaborated with include Terrence Malick (The Thin Red Line), Robert Rodriguez - Frank Miller (Sin City), Guy Ritchie (Suspect), Eli Roth (Cabin Fever), Sergei Bodrov (Running Free) and Robert M. Young (Caught). These and other films have landed Verveen in the company of many world renowned actors. He has received an Independent Spirit Award Nomination, a Golden Satellite Award, and notable critical acclaim, for his artistry. |
